How to Resize an Image and Undo
the Resizing
of an Image
To Resize an Image
- Click on the image so sizing handles (square
shapes) appear in the corners and along each side.

- Place your cursor on one of the CORNER sizing
handles until the cursor changes to a double arrow.

NOTE:
Using a CORNER sizing handle rather than
a SIDE sizing handle
maintains image’s proportions.
- Press and hold down the LEFT mouse button.

NOTE:
The double arrow cursor changes to a cross symbol.
- Drag the cross symbol until the dotted lines
reflect the size you want the image to be.

- Release the LEFT mouse button.
To Undo the Resizing of the Image
- Click on the image so the resizing handles
appear.

NOTE:
The Picture toolbar will automatically display.
- Click on the Reset Picture tool on the Picture
toolbar and the image will automatically resize to its original size.
