Help Resources are excellent in Turnitin's Training section. Training includes videos, full manuals and quick guides for students, instructors and administrators. Mason’s license includes faculty e-mail support (available prior to login at the blue “Help” link at the bottom of the site pages). Once logged in, the top red menu offers help via a searchable knowledge base, user guides, videos, and a site key that explains how the icons function. A gray “helpdesk” link at the bottom of the page provides a submission form to make a specific query if self-help resources aren’t enough.
